Sr. Engineer, SAP Basis / HANA

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in SAP Basis / HANA to join their team. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that enhance visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will collaborate with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting solutions, identify trends, and drive data-informed actions in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only. No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SAP Technology Subject Matter Expert within the SAP Basis, HANA, and BTP administrative team.
• Lead SAP upgrade, implementation, and enhancement technical projects.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot a complex SAP production environment daily.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance monitoring for SAP systems.
• Support and recommend effective SAP reporting and analysis tools.
• Interface with developers to optimize SAP performance and data access.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in SAP technologies.
• Strong familiarity with SAP Basis, HANA, and BTP administration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM CC and CM infrastructure.

Pay

$125,300 – $178,900 annually.
