What You Will Do

  • Lead all technical needs, including managing engineering service escalations, providing triage support for troubleshooting and coaching.
  • Offer pricing support for service-related tasks, tools, and materials as well as advising on parts inventory needs to support RenovoCare budgets.
  • Provide input on Renovo Care's potential and advise on the integration of new products into service offerings.
  • Directly support field service teams by acting as the final point of escalation for all service events in the field, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring field service teams have the necessary support to achieve successful service outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, pricing, and training processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes that optimize workflows and improve service outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience repairing, troubleshooting, supporting and operating analytical chemistry or related equipment required.
  • Minimum 7 years experience with life science laboratory equipment (e.g. LC, LC/MS, GC or GC/MS Chromatography).
  • Minimum 3 years experience with GxP environment.

Education/Special Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field required.

Safety Requirements

  • Abide and follow our Injury & Illness Prevention Program.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for self and others if they come in contact within the laboratory area in accordance with the facility’s policies.
  • Must follow OSHA guidelines in regard to blood borne pathogens, airborne pathogens, radiation, sharp instruments and/or tools, hazardous liquids, and operating devices.
  • On-time completion of safety trainings assignments.

Classification

  • FLSA: Non-Exempt

Pay Range

$120k-$140k annually based on experience.
