Sr. Engineer, Exchange & Microsoft 365 Platforms (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)

About the role

A Senior Engineer is a key member of the Nordstrom Technology organization, applying engineering principles to design, build, and maintain technology products and solutions that drive amazing customer and employee experiences. As a Senior Engineer on the Productivity and Collaboration team, you will own the architecture, administration, and automation of Nordstrom's Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, with an emphasis on Exchange Online messaging infrastructure. You will act as a subject matter expert and technical leader across the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive, along with the underlying Azure identity and infrastructure that supports them.

Responsibilities

• Write PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API automation for mailbox operations, tenant configuration, and reporting at scale
• Build and maintain automation pipelines using Azure Automation Runbooks, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps to reduce manual, repetitive operational tasks
• Maintain automation code in source
