We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, "About The Role" paragraph: we can put under

with

content. Then responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" bullet list. Use

  • . Then qualifications: Education Qualifications and Experience Qualifications. Could combine under Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have Education Qualifications (Bachelor's degree etc.) and Experience Qualifications (7+ years etc.). Also there are "Organizational Relationship" and "Where You Will Work" (schedule). Also "Your Company Benefits". Also "Compensation". Also "Additional Information" (legal boilerplate) to be removed. We need to decide which sections to include. - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: from "What You Will Do". Yes. - Requirements: maybe combine education and experience? Could be "Requirements". We'll put education and experience under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe separate? But we have both education and experience; maybe we can put education under Qualifications and experience under Requirements? However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content exists. We have Education Qualifications and Experience Qualifications. Could treat Education as Qualifications, Experience as Requirements. Or both under Requirements. But we need to decide based on content. Also Skills: we have technical fluency etc. Could be under Skills. Benefits: we have benefits description. Pay: we have salary range. Schedule: we have hybrid model: 4:1 hybrid, in office Houston Monday-Thursday, remote Fridays. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The "Additional Information" includes legal statements about Fair Chance Ordinance, Massachusetts lie detector test, etc. That's boilerplate legal; remove. Also "If you are interested..." etc. Remove. Also "Organizational Relationship Reports to: Director..." and "Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): N/A" maybe minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop. "Where You Will Work" is schedule. Now craft HTML. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to include all bullet points from responsibilities exactly. Let's extract responsibilities bullet points from "What You Will Do". It's a long paragraph with sentences separated by periods but not bullet list. However we need to treat as list of duties. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to split into items. The text is a series of sentences separated by periods. We can split each sentence as a list item. Ensure we keep all content. Let's copy the responsibilities text: "Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps and product backlogs across data platforms, engineering, analytics, data science, AI and machine learning, Data & AI governance, and intelligent automation, translating strategy into prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes. Serve as Technical Program Manager for complex Data & AI engagements and lead the organization’s Agentic AI program from business case through delivery, adoption, value realization, and ongoing operations. Coordinate execution across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, managed-service providers, and enterprise functions, managing accountability, dependencies, constraints, risks, priorities, and unresolved decisions. Serve as Product Manager for assigned internal Data & AI capabilities, balancing user and stakeholder needs with business value, technical feasibility, cost, risk, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with engineers, architects, data scientists, analysts, governance specialists, and automation professionals to evaluate designs, delivery challenges, technical risks, and architecture tradeoffs. Develop prototypes, analyses, data products, automations, integrations, dashboards, and utilities using code, data, APIs, AI-enabled tools, and modern engineering practices. Contribute hands-on to solution design, technical reviews, testing, data validation, implementation, and troubleshooting, identifying root causes and recommending solutions. Establish reusable intake, prioritization, planning, measurement, and reporting capabilities that reduce manual work and improve organizational effectiveness. Develop business cases and value hypotheses based on baselines, assumptions, expected benefits, costs, and measurable value across growth, cost optimization, productivity, risk and resilience, and foundational enablement. Define metrics and evaluate adoption, operational performance, and realized value to determine when capabilities require improvement, reprioritization, expansion, or retirement. Serve as a trusted extension of the Director, independently advancing delegated priorities with discretion, judgment, and reliable follow-through. Coordinate organizational planning cycles, leadership commitments, decision records, and strategic actions across capability areas. Support budgets, forecasts, investments, resources, vendor and contract analysis, and financial performance management. Recommend technology investments, sourcing strategies, and workforce needs while proactively resolving unowned organizational issues. Build trusted relationships across technology and the business through responsiveness, credibility, transparency, and consistent execution." We'll make each sentence a
    • . Now Education Qualifications: "Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computational Science, or another highly quantitative discipline. Master’s or a PhD in a relevant quantitative or computational discipline preferred." We can put under Qualifications heading as
      • ... maybe two items. Experience Qualifications: "7 or more years’ experience with a Masters, or 5 or more years’ experience with a Master’s or PhD, of progressively advanced experience across software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, data platforms, data governance, data quality, and/or related disciplines. A passion and enthusiasm for data, AI, analytics, governance, data management, and automation. High level of initiative, positive energy, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership beyond a narrowly defined functional scope. Demonstrated ability to define technical strategy and lead its execution while remaining personally engaged in hands-on technical work. Strong technical fluency across data architecture, data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, AI and machine learning, data governance, APIs, and workflow automation, with working proficiency in technical languages, preferably Python and SQL. Experience managing product or capability roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes. Experience developing business cases, defining KPIs, quantifying expected benefits, tracking realized value, and communicating financial and operational impacts. Ability to translate business needs, technical designs, financial considerations, governance requirements, and executive priorities into clear direction for technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the credibility to influence technical professionals, business stakeholders, and senior leaders across organizational boundaries without formal authority. Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, organization, accountability, and follow-through, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and adapt rapidly to changing priorities. Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive organizational, financial, personnel, vendor, or strategic information." We can split each sentence into
      • under Requirements. Skills: maybe we can extract technical fluency etc. But many of those are already in experience. Could create Skills section for technical fluency, languages, etc. But we might duplicate. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine skills into Requirements or Qualifications. However we have separate headings for Skills; we could include if there is distinct content. The experience list includes many skill-like items. Might be better to put under Skills: "Strong technical fluency across data architecture, data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, AI and machine learning, data governance, APIs, and workflow automation, with working proficiency in technical languages, preferably Python and SQL." Also "Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills". Also "Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, organization, accountability, and follow-through". Also "Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive ...". But these are also in experience. To avoid duplication, maybe we put all experience items under Requirements and not create Skills. But we need to decide if we should include Skills section. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does have skill-specific content, but it's already captured in experience. However we could still create Skills section with those items; but that would duplicate content, which is not allowed? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not explicitly forbidden but could be considered redundant. Safer to not duplicate; we can place skill-like items under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we already have Requirements and Qualifications, we can put all experience items under Requirements, and education under Qualifications. Then we can omit Skills section. Benefits: we have a paragraph describing benefits with bullet-like sentences. We'll make
        • for each benefit item. Pay: salary range. Schedule: hybrid model description. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Let's craft:
