We’re determined to make a difference and are proud to be an insurance company that goes well beyond coverages and policies. Working here means having every opportunity to achieve your goals – and to help others accomplish theirs, too. Join our team as we help shape the future of actuarial analytics.

About the role

In this role, you will build modern, agentic data solutions that combine ThoughtSpot, Snowflake, semantic data assets, and AI-powered analytics to help actuaries move faster from data to insight to action. You will partner closely with actuarial teams, business leaders, and analytics partners to design trusted data products, intelligent dashboards, and AI-enabled insight experiences that surface emerging trends, explain key business drivers, and support pricing, reserving, underwriting, and portfolio decisions.

The ideal candidate is energized by solving complex data problems, experimenting with new technologies, and turning actuarial knowledge into scalable solutions that make insights easier to discover, understand, and act on. You will serve as a hands-on builder and thought partner, helping develop analytic-ready data assets, governed semantic layers, AI prompts and context, and interactive analytics experiences that enable actuaries to identify opportunities, diagnose root causes, and deliver recommendations with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.

  • Working experience with ThoughtSpot, Snowflake, semantic data layers, and AI for analytics or agentic data solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Ability to design, implement, and oversee ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with emerging data-centric technologies and data wrangling tools.
  • Property and Casualty domain expertise preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship; the company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
