About the role
The Sr Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes within Alinabal's facilities in Milford, CT.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and equipment.
- Conduct regular process reviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of automation systems and robotics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
