Sr Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple Financials, HCM, and Payroll implementations simultaneously
• Engage in the sales cycle to gather requirements and formulate delivery proposals
• Mentor and guide Professional Services resources on implementations
• Plan and staff projects effectively to meet deliverables
• Measure and manage project performance using appropriate tools
• Collaboratively manage project risks with customers
• Work with client project managers to resolve project scope and timeline issues

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing complex HCM and/or ERP implementations, with a focus on Financials, HCM, or Payroll
• 3+ years deploying HCM, ERP, or payroll software such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or Ultimate Kronos
• Experience in professional services consulting or supporting HCM/ERP implementations within the customer organization
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time

Pay

$112,000 – $168,000 annually

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
