Description/Qualifications

Must have extensive knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to and EEO related laws, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, performance management, investigations, and attendance.

Must have knowledge of the ADA (as Amended), PWFA, and related accommodation laws.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver articulate presentations, facilitate difficult conversations, and write defensible, objective case summaries.

Have capability to work completely autonomously in a fast-paced environment, balancing a high volume of complex cases while maintaining exceptional flexibility, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.

Able to work completely autonomously, balancing a heavy and emotionally sensitive caseload while maintaining high flexibility and exceptional organizational skills.

Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a specialized ability to guide difficult conversations and build trust among highly diverse stakeholders.

Previous experience and able to train, mentor, and coach non-HR professionals, breaking down rigid regulatory concepts into simple, practical, and highly engaging learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of human resources experience (2 of which are in employee relations)

Pay

  • $40.00 - $50.00 / hour DOE

Schedule

  • M-F 8-5pm (hybrid opportunity)
