Sr. Electrical Project Engineer (On-Site)

About the role

Individuals assigned to this classification is responsible for implementing engineering project(s), including Construction Documents, Coordination with other disciplines, Permitting, Bidding and Construction Administration in accordance with client requirements and code.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of quality assurance on the product i.e., Construction documents, specifications, RFI responses etc.
• Able to complete the job requirement of Project Engineer successfully.
• Research, develop and keep updated with latest design in coordination with vendor, senior engineer and other online resources.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with discipline specific codes and other building codes.
• Communicate effectively through both verbal and written means.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Handle client communications and represent the client’s interests at public hearings and meetings.
• Mentor and train engineering designers to produce high quality construction documents within budget.
