Responsibilities

Seeking a Sr Electrical Project Manager with 10+ years of engineering consulting experience. Successful candidates will have experience with Electrical Buildings Systems Design (Lighting, Power Distribution, etc.) and 3-5 years of recent Project Management experience overseeing schematics through Construction Administration, Staff, Schedules, Budgets, Scope of Work, etc.

Responsibilities include developing electrical designs from concept through completion of construction, preparing engineering design calculations and layouts, and preparing detailed engineering reports and narratives. The candidate will also coordinate electrical design requirements with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• PE License Required
• 10+ years of experience in designing and managing MEP Projects
• 3-5+ years of Project Management and Construction Administration experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Software
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects

Pay

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
