We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions, duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to extract content for each. Let's parse the job description. Application Deadline: This position is anticipated to close on Oct 5, 2026. About Actalent: description of company, etc. This is boilerplate? It's about the company, but maybe we should keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Actalent" section is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered company overview. It might be considered substantive? Usually we keep company description? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Actalent" is substantive about the employer. However later they have equal opportunity employer etc which is boilerplate. We should remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The "About Actalent" paragraph before the EEO statements is okay to keep? It describes the company. Might be considered relevant. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include a section "About the company" but not listed as allowed headings. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit content into those headings. "About the role" could include the job description overview. "Responsibilities" for duties. "Requirements" maybe for essential skills? "Qualifications" maybe for additional skills? "Skills" maybe for both? But we need to avoid duplication. We have sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe essential skills), Qualifications (maybe additional skills), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay info: salary range. Benefits: list. Schedule: we have hybrid work environment, flexible options, 20% annual travel, flexible working hours. That's schedule info. We also have Job Type & Location: Permanent position based out of Blue Bell, PA. That could be part of About the role or maybe we could include in Schedule? Not exactly schedule. Could be part of About the role. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. Let's craft HTML:

About the role

In this role, you will work independently on various projects as assigned by a Project Manager or Group Lead. You may oversee the entire design process or assist as a technical expert on a specialized design and work on several concurrent projects. Ideally, you are a recognized expert in one specialized area, such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or process. This is a permanent position based out of Blue Bell, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the role of Project Lead on projects for all phases of work, including Feasibility Reports, Building Assessments, Concept and Basis of Design Reports, and Detailed Design and Documentation.
  • Assess the requirements of a project, break a project into tasks, and work with a Project Manager to determine the scope of work, budget, and staffing.
  • Write the scope of work for design, based on preliminary review and meetings with the client.
  • Prepare engineering studies and schematic design for new systems.
  • Review and evaluate the operation of existing systems.
  • Work with code officials and other design professionals when an interpretation or exception to building codes is required.
  • Assign and review the work of the project design team.
  • Check progress of work and produce markups to be incorporated in drawings.
  • Communicate with clients and alert the Project Manager to changes of scope or additional services.
  • Review contractor applications for payment and have a thorough understanding of the construction process.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project document completion within the company and externally with clients, as well as other design professionals.
  • Make calculations using engineering formulas and skills for design, such as service size calculations, short circuit calculations, arc flash studies, power system load studies, and Neher-McGrath calculations for sizing buried conduits.
  • Prepare or review construction budgets, based on experience and scope of project.
  • Promote use of, and participate in the development of, company design and production standards.
  • Assist in the education and development of design staff and act as a resource for design questions.
  • Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience in Electrical Design and Calculations
  • Experience with medium voltage systems, electrical hazardous classified areas, and telecommunications systems
  • Experience overseeing engineers and designers on project teams

Qualifications

  • Expertise in one specialized area such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or process
  • Experience with power distribution design and life safety systems

Skills

Combined technical expertise in electrical engineering design, proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, ability to perform complex calculations (service size, short circuit, arc flash, power system load, Neher-McGrath), and experience overseeing multidisciplinary design teams.

But we might be duplicating. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into Skills? But we have allowed headings; we could keep Requirements and Qualifications separate. However Skills section may be redundant. Maybe we can omit Skills and put the combined info under Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to include all substantive info. We already have Requirements (essential skills) and Qualifications (additional skills). That covers skills. So we can omit Skills section. Now Benefits and Pay. We have Pay And Benefits section with salary range and benefits list. We need separate Pay and Benefits sections? Allowed headings: Pay, Benefits. So we should split.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Benefits

  • Health and Wellness: Employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance. Tax-advantaged accounts like Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) help cover deductibles and medical expenses.
  • Retirement: Defined contribution plans (like a 401(k) or 403(b)) often feature employer matching contributions.
  • Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave, vacation days, and paid parental leave.
  • Protection: Basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), and short- or long-term disability coverage.
  • Enhancements: Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), tuition assistance, commuter benefits, and wellness stipends.
Schedule: we have hybrid work environment, flexible options, 20% annual travel, flexible working hours.

Schedule

  • Hybrid work environment with very flexible options available immediately.
  • 20% annual travel requirement for regional client and site visits.
  • Flexible working hours available to suit personal preferences.
We should also maybe include Job Type & Location in About the role (we already added). Could also add a line about permanent position. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included boilerplate like equal opportunity, AI, accommodation, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover like "Work Environment" we incorporated into Schedule and About the role. Check for "Job Type & Location" we added. Check for "Application Deadline" - that's a date; is that substantive? It's a date for closing. Should we include? The instruction says remove application instructions. The deadline is not exactly instruction but could be considered metadata. It's not a heading we have; we could include it in About the role as a note? But we have no specific heading for dates. Could we add a

inside About the role? Might be okay. However the instruction says "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can fold the deadline into a short

maybe under About the role or separate? Probably include in About the role as a sentence. Let's add: "The position is anticipated to close on Oct 5, 2026." Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The description about "Work Environment" includes hybrid, flexible options, 20% travel, job security, opportunity to work on complex projects in pharmaceuticals and life safety, strong industry reputation, growth opportunities. We included hybrid, flexible options, 20% travel, flexible hours. We missed job security, opportunity to work on complex projects in pharmaceuticals and life safety, strong industry reputation, growth opportunities. Those are substantive. Should we include them somewhere. Could add to About the role or Benefits? Probably About the role. Add to About the role: "This role offers job security and the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects in industries such as pharmaceuticals and life safety. The company is known for its strong industry reputation and
