Responsibilities

• Manage PMs/projects
• Ensure project timelines/milestones
• Manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets
• Lead teams
• Value engineering
• Change orders
• GC/client/sub relations
• Plans/specs, scope, blueprints, contracts, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout

Requirements

• 7+ years of electrical project management experience
• Must pass background check and drug test

Pay

Base Salary: $190,000 - $205,000 per year. Bonuses and $600/month car allowance.

Schedule

Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch.
