This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and ensure project success
• Develop new business opportunities with target and existing clients
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Create strategies to integrate comprehensive design solutions
• Ensure adherence to business practices for project financial success
• Promote and advocate for the firm's Living-Centered Design
• Engage in marketing activities for premier clients and strategic pursuits

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the Education market required
• Proven success in client leadership and business development roles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred
• Strong business acumen and strategic execution capabilities
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams

Pay

$143,800 – $179,800 annually
