Sr Dispatcher

About the role

As a Senior Dispatcher at Prince Telecom, LLC, you'll manage technician schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and other departments. You’ll track work status, update records, and ensure the timely completion of service requests while providing mentorship and quality control within your team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completion of work status updates, escalate issues as necessary, and refresh work logs accordingly
• Monitor all customer, technician, operations, and dispatch communications to ensure accurate and timely responses
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation
• Route technicians and adjust assignments to ensure on-time arrivals by canceling, rescheduling, or escalating jobs in response to technician requests
• Act as the main contact for team issues, designing and executing structured training plans
• Conduct quality control audits to verify team workflows are accurate
• Keep leadership informed about team status and challenges
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• At least three years of previous dispatch experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills

• Routinely: use keyboard & mouse
• Occasionally: climb stairs, stand, walk, and operate vehicle
