Sr. Director, Vaccines Retail Channel Medical Lead, MD

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic medical engagement with national pharmacy chains and retail healthcare organizations
• Develop and deliver evidence-based medical information tailored to retail needs
• Collaborate on medical education projects that align with public health needs
• Create and maintain long-term partnerships to influence vaccination access and strategies
• Drive high-quality scientific discussions to improve vaccine implementation and preventive care
• Engage with senior retail executives to advance immunization practices at scale
• Ensure compliance and governance in all retail medical engagements

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required with 5+ years' relevant experience in medical affairs
• Extensive experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs focusing on retail healthcare and access strategies
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and retail vaccination policies
• Ability to influence within matrixed organizations and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Strategic thinker with proven scientific leadership and executive presence in retail settings
• Superior communication skills for high-impact discussions with senior stakeholders
