About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced technology partnerships leader to own and scale our strategic relationships with top-tier technology partners and ISVs across the enterprise ecosystem. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our company and our strategic partners, responsible for driving joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, co-selling motions, partner marketing initiatives, and technical alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the global alliance strategy for our primary tier-one technology partners and ecosystem players.

  • Joint Go-To-Market (GTM) & Channel Marketing: Develop collaborative business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs. Design, execute, and measure co-branded demand generation campaigns, webinars, and field events to drive pipeline and mutual revenue growth.

  • Joint Product Marketing & Messaging: Develop compelling "better together" value propositions and co-branded technical collateral (reference architectures, whitepapers, battle cards, and case studies) that clearly articulate the joint solution to the market.

  • Sales Alignment & Co-Selling: Act as the primary liaison between our internal sales teams and partner field organizations. Facilitate account mapping and drive co-sell motions for large-scale enterprise deployments.

  • MDF & Campaign Management: Strategically allocate and manage Market Development Funds (MDF) with partners, tracking the ROI of joint marketing activities and ensuring tight alignment with overall revenue targets.

  • Technical Ecosystem Alignment: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions are deeply integrated, certified, and optimized with partner platforms.

  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong peer-to-peer relationships with senior leadership at partner organizations to ensure strategic alignment and priority support.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, partner marketing, or enterprise partnerships within the enterprise software, AI hardware, or IT infrastructure sectors.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep technical and commercial understanding of the modern data center, cloud architecture, and the broader enterprise technology ecosystem. GPU systems knowledge a plus.

  • Marketing Acumen: Proven experience crafting joint messaging, building partner enablement materials, and running co-marketed demand generation campaigns.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the demands of next-generation workloads (including AI and high-performance computing) and the partner ecosystems required to support them.

  • Track Record: Proven ability to build multi-million-dollar partnership pipelines from the ground up and negotiate complex, multi-layered alliance agreements.

  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to both engineering leaders and C-suite executives.

Salary Range
