Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide application strategy spanning ERP, Shopify, integration platforms (ESB, Celigo), and data analytics (Power BI).
  • Align technology roadmaps and investments with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, clearly articulating how IT solutions—from back-office systems to customer-facing platforms—drive business value and competitive advantage.
  • Foster innovation by assessing and implementing emerging technologies, including AI, SEO/GEO, automation, and advanced analytics, to enhance enterprise systems and customer experience.
  • Platforms, Data & Integration.
    • Provide leadership across a modern technology landscape that includes NetSuite, Oracle Planning Cloud, Workday, Shopify, OMS, WMS, and cloud integration platforms.
    • Enable strong data and analytics capabilities using Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
    • Ensure systems work together through thoughtful integration, governance, and architectural principles.
    • Lead application modernization efforts and guide the design of scalable integrations using iPaaS and IaaS solutions to simplify the technology landscape and accelerate delivery across brands.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Build strong partnerships with Finance, Procurement, Digital Commerce, Strategy, Supply chain, R&D, Marketing, supply and Digital Product.
    • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team engineering team(s) setting clear goals and performance expectations.
    • Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and development opportunities to strengthen both functional expertise and leadership capabilities.
    • Elevate technology team performance through improved processes, accountability, and adoption of best practices.
    • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team and cross-functional partners.
    • Drive clarity in roles, decision rights, and ways of working to improve team effectiveness and cross-functional alignment.
    • Lead and develop senior technology leaders across multiple disciplines.
    • Manage strategic vendor and system integrator relationships, focusing on outcomes and long-term value.

    Qualifications

    • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership within complex, enterprise-scale environments.
    • Demonstrated background in enterprise architecture or large-scale systems design, with the ability to apply strategic, executive-level thinking.
    • Prominent ability to manage and continuously improve escalation pathways from operational teams to executive leadership, ensuring transparency across external partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations.
    • Highly analytical, with advanced problem-solving capabilities and a track record of translating data into actionable business insights.
    • Experience designing and scaling planning processes, systems, and operational frameworks in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Willingness to work on-site at the San Francisco headquarters a minimum of two days per week.
    • Background in Prestige Beauty, Skincare, Luxury, or FMCG/CPG.
    • Experience with large-scale platforms such as NetSuite, Workday (implementation experience), Shopify, Snowflake, or comparable technologies.
    • Exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation.
