Sr. Director, Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a scalable TPMO function that drives strategic clarity and operational rigor across the CTO
• Define and implement CTO-wide program management standards and delivery frameworks to improve quality
• Partner with CTO leadership to translate multi-year strategies into actionable plans
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process friction and implementing simplifying mechanisms
• Lead planning and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple domains
• Oversee interdependent workstreams, ensuring resourcing, sequencing, and alignment with business priorities
• Provide insight into business outcomes and delivery health for executive audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or related field
• 15+ years of experience leading complex, cross-organizational technical and business programs
• 10+ years of people leadership experience with proven success building and leading high-performing PMO organizations
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, system architecture, and engineering workflows
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and organizational change in highly regulated or complex environments
• Exceptional communication skills: able to influence at all levels, and manage ambiguity with clarity and confidence
• Pioneered processes and mechanisms that scale across teams and functions
