Sr Director Tax equity financing in Capital Markets - Houston TX

Responsibilities

• Tax equity financings: Source, structure, execute, monitor.
• Debt and financing: Execute third party opportunities.
• Capital structures: Lead in investment options and forecasting.
• Capital markets: Keep pace with latest market updates.
• Potential investors / financing sources: Work closely to create customized presentations and proposals.
• Deal negotiations: Participate in multi-faceted, complex deal negotiations with potential partners.
• Work closely with CEO & CFO to define, prioritize key opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in tax equity financing, finance, accounting, capital markets, and investment management.
• Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and executing successful financings.
• Experience in leading capital structures and investment options.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and ability to keep up with industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the CEO and CFO.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
