Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to support complex, high-value opportunities
  • Lead advanced discovery conversations uncovering inventory gaps and inefficiencies
  • Guide tailored solution demonstrations aligned with customer workflows
  • Translate customer challenges into outcome-driven solution narratives
  • Quantify customer value in waste reduction, efficiency, and compliance risk mitigation
  • Build ROI-driven business cases to justify investment in supply chain solutions
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for Product and Marketing teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in a solutions-focused role within the healthcare industry, emphasizing supply chain, compliance or pharmacy operations
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of healthcare supply chain, reverse logistics, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
