Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to support complex, high-value opportunities
- Lead advanced discovery conversations uncovering inventory gaps and inefficiencies
- Guide tailored solution demonstrations aligned with customer workflows
- Translate customer challenges into outcome-driven solution narratives
- Quantify customer value in waste reduction, efficiency, and compliance risk mitigation
- Build ROI-driven business cases to justify investment in supply chain solutions
- Serve as the voice of the customer for Product and Marketing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in a solutions-focused role within the healthcare industry, emphasizing supply chain, compliance or pharmacy operations
- Proven success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of healthcare supply chain, reverse logistics, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
