About the role
The Sr. Director, Strategic Finance will lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to senior leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business initiatives and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful financial planning and analysis
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Pay
Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 annually
