Sr. Director, Strategic Finance

About the role

The Sr. Director, Strategic Finance will lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to senior leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business initiatives and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successful financial planning and analysis
• Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred
• Experience with cloud-based financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Pay

Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 annually
