Opportunity

We seek a visionary and energetic technology leader to drive growth in our ISV segment. You will lead a global development team, creating impactful software products for a global audience.

Essential Functions

  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality work aligned with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and groom the team to ensure they meet these standards.
  • Manage various stakeholders including Product, Release, Performance, Performance Engineering, Operations, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Oversee daily activities of Release Engineering and DevOps.
  • Participate in strategic discussions with executive leadership teams to implement defined strategies.
  • Lead the Developer Productivity Team's strategic efforts, focusing on infrastructure, middleware, and CI/CD frameworks.
  • Support the implementation of new programs and enhancements to existing software.
  • Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex reporting issues.
  • Analyze workloads and application inventories to determine optimal utilization patterns.
  • Define and evolve build and release best practices, ensuring traceability and auditability of change.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or a minimum of 5 years with a PhD.
  • Proven experience delivering highly scalable and available production systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate complex ideas to the team.
  • Experience hiring and managing top-class software engineers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML implementation.
  • Strong DevOps mindset and experience.
  • Experience building highly scalable Developer Productivity tools.
  • Thought leadership and high standards of work ethics and emotional intelligence.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large global teams.
  • 5+ years of experience shipping highly scalable and distributed services.
  • Deep expertise in AI and Agentic development and shipping AI-powered features.

  • The estimated salary range for this position is $206,100.00 to $360,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
  • This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

  • Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
  • Travel Requirements: 5-10% of the time.
