Responsibilities
- Own sales and renewal metrics for Government Risk & Fraud initiatives
- Build and lead high-performing sales and retention teams
- Oversee Sales Management Teams for client acquisition and relationship growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and lead generation efforts
- Establish efficient sales processes and methodologies
- Accurately forecast sales activity and manage the sales budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in sales and retention leadership, ideally in State & Local government
- Self-motivated leader with a competitive drive for success
- Prominent track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer loyalty
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for executive engagement
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience managing remote sales teams

$255,500 – $474,500 annually
