About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global revenue accounting and OTC operations, shaping controls for scalable growth
- Oversee accounting for revenue streams and commissions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Act as subject matter expert on revenue recognition for executives and business partners
- Collaborate with Data and FP&A teams on financial metrics and forecasting
- Define contract structures and approval frameworks with cross-functional partners to support scalable deal processes
- Enhance internal control environments and manage SOX compliance efforts
- Oversee annual external audits for revenue areas, facilitating efficient collaboration with auditors
- Design scalable OTC processes to boost accuracy and efficiency in a growing SaaS environment
- Partner on ERP and system enhancements to improve integration and reporting
- Develop management reporting and KPIs for revenue accounting functions
- Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team with clear accountability and growth paths
- Balance governance with practical business problem-solving to support leadership
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 and industry roles in public-company SOX settings
- Hands-on experience in improving ERP workflows, reporting, and automation, specifically with NetSuite or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, and revenue cycle operations
- Proven success in leading teams through scale and organizational change
- Experience in enhancing OTC cycle operations within tech or SaaS companies
- Demonstrated ability to drive process transformation using automation and AI solutions
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills to influence outcomes across various departments and executive levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and auditors
Pay
$182,600 – $251,020 annually
