About the role

The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will own the recruitment strategy and growth for the Business Technology & Insights (BTI) business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with BTI Leaders and HR Partners to define hiring goals, ensure all hiring needs are met with quality talent by building robust talent pools and candidate pipelines, within correct locations, and a focus on economics
  • Utilize all relevant talent channels, strategically lead initiatives to enhance our recruiting capability and deliver quality talent
  • Lead the development of candidate cultivation events to source top talent where appropriate
  • Lead a team of leaders and recruiters – optimize their deployment across recruiting activities, and drive performance and productivity to achieve hiring goals
  • Own plan for team resourcing and structure to grow/evolve as needed
  • Drive and maintain 100% systems hygiene and compliance across all systems of record
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition leadership team to support recruitment initiatives and drive consistency in performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10-12+ years of progressive business experience in Talent Acquisition, including a minimum of 5 years in a people management
  • Experience leading successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions
  • Successful track record of superior service delivery in a global environment
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving results to contribute significantly to the business

Qualifications

  • Consistent demonstration of integrity, collaboration, no limits mindset, objectivity, and delivering results consistently using global best practices
  • Ability to effectively engage and lead senior executives, including OC members, in the development of solutions for Gartner’s most critical business initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate organizational change utilizing a full spectrum of change methods
  • Strong analytical skill set
  • Excellent consulting, coaching and facilitation skills. Proven ability to solve problems and think creatively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation skills

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 137,000 USD - 190,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
