Sr Director, Real Estate Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Lead daily asset management of multifamily and office portfolios across the greater Philadelphia region
• Collaborate with the Investments team to set operating budgets and align asset strategies with investment goals
• Oversee property operations with third-party managers, focusing on efficiency and execution of business plans
• Manage capital expenditures and evaluate renovations and value-add initiatives
• Provide operational insights to inform investment decisions and capital allocation strategies
• Lead vendor selection and oversight for capital projects and major maintenance initiatives
• Support due diligence for acquisitions and ensure operational readiness for transitions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in real estate asset management and property-level operations
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and portfolio management
• Proficient in working with third-party property managers and vendors
• Demonstrated experience in executing capital projects and asset initiatives
• Solid financial skills, including budgeting and performance metric analysis
• Solid organizational skills with a focus on project management
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
