Sr. Director, Professional Services

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement delivery and expectations
• Track tasks and deliverables for all active engagements
• Ensure quality and timeliness of client deliverables
• Prepare budgets and monitor for overruns
• Provide status updates on project progress
• Oversee project scope and financial compliance
• Coach sales teams on selling new IT services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of consulting experience
• 10+ years industry-specific experience for the designated focus area
• Experience managing teams of five or more professionals
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint advanced features

Pay

$125,000 – $215,000 annually
