Sr Director, Product Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will shape the product management function for a global technology organization, driving strategy and execution across multiple teams. The role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, define product direction, and support operational results. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to influence product practices, guide experienced managers, and help deliver well-defined features that meet customer and business needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results
• Manage multiple teams led by experienced managers
• Influence others to adopt new practices and approaches
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align on strategies
• Develop functional specifications for product features, including design and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of relevant managerial experience
• Exceptional leadership and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
