Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product strategy for an early-stage app
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers in their craft
  • Champion a continuous discovery culture using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product and engineering teams
  • Set communication standards for strategy and priorities within the team and organization
  • Be accountable for measurable performance outcomes of product experiences
  • Contribute to refining the product operating model through feedback and best practices

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including team leadership
  • Proven track record of measurable impact in product strategy and management
  • Deep understanding of the product operating model and its pitfalls
  • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on balancing immediate needs and long-term goals
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven product iterations
  • Familiarity with consumer-facing iOS and Android app development
