Sr. Director Product - Expert Claims Review
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About Us (maybe "About the role"? Actually "A Little About Us" is about company. Could be "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content.
We have:
- A Little About Us (company description). Could be "About Zelis" but not listed. Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. Might be better to have "About the role" covering Position Overview? Actually "Position Overview" is a section. So we could have:
About the role
containing Position Overview.
Then Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" with subsections: Portfolio Leadership, Leadership and Organizational Capability, Customer and Market Leadership, Business and Product Performance, AI and Innovation Leadership, Cross-Functional Leadership.
We can combine into a list of responsibilities.
Requirements: "What You’ll Bring To Zelis" includes Bachelor's degree etc. That's qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications separate.
Skills: maybe we can extract skills from requirements: strong financial, analytical, communication, decision-making skills, etc.
Benefits: described: "Zelis’ full-time associates are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package... The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with employer match, flexible paid time off, holidays, parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage."
Pay: Base Salary Range $185,000.00 - $234,650.00.
Schedule: Not explicitly given. There's location and workplace flexibility: hybrid approach flexible, in-office presence guided by team and business needs rather than fixed weekly schedule. Could be considered schedule info? Might be considered "Workplace Flexibility". But schedule heading only if posting actually states them. It does mention hybrid approach flexible, in-office presence guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Accessibility Support, Disclaimer, visa sponsorship note? The visa sponsorship note is substantive: "Please note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future." That's a requirement/constraint. Should we include? It's not a heading but could be part of Requirements or a note. We could include in Requirements as a bullet.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, Accessibility Support, Disclaimer, etc. We omitted those. Check that we preserved all substantive info: About Us description (company) we omitted? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It didn't require an About Us section. The "A Little About Us" is company overview; maybe we could include under About the role? But we already used About the role for Position Overview. Could we add a separate About Zelis section? Not in the list of allowed headings but we could still use for any heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying those are examples; we could still add other headings but better to stick to those. The company overview could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to include a brief paragraph under About the role before responsibilities. But we already put Position Overview there. Could we add a short paragraph about Zelis under About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include company description as a paragraph under About the role. Let's adjust: Under About the role, we can have two paragraphs: first about Zelis (company), second about Position Overview. Or we could combine. We must preserve all substantive info: The company description includes: "At Zelis, we Get Stuff Done. So, let’s get to it! A Little About Us Zelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience across payers, providers, and healthcare consumers. We serve more than 750 payers, including the top five national health plans, regional health plans, TPAs and millions of healthcare providers and consumers across our platform of solutions. We should include that. Thus About the
