Sr. Director, Procure to Pay

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive global P2P strategy and operating model
• Build and lead the P2P transformation roadmap focused on automation and process standardization
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure P2P operations maintain financial rigor and compliance
• Own the full cycle automation of the procure-to-pay process from intake to payment
• Partner with IT to implement P2P technologies that enhance automation efforts
• Champion AI deployment within P2P for efficient workflow management and anomaly detection
• Establish real-time spend visibility and enforce financial controls throughout the P2P lifecycle

Qualifications

• 15+ years in procure-to-pay or procurement operations, with senior leadership experience for 3-5 years
• Proven track record in global scale P2P transformation, automation, and system implementations
• Expertise in procurement operations and accounts payable functions
• Hands-on experience with major P2P platforms and ERP systems like SAP and Coupa
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and audit requirements for AP operations
• Ability to lead global teams across diverse cultures and time zones
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level strategy articulation and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Pay

$237,600 – $326,700 annually
