About the role
Own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. Partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. Strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a consumer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set long-term vision and strategy for global compensation programs at the company
- Drive design, implementation, and improvement of compensation programs aligned with business needs
- Serve as an enterprise thought leader on compensation, translating market and regulatory trends into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver equitable compensation solutions
- Advise senior leaders on compensation practices for new hires, promotions, and critical talent decisions
- Enhance compensation strategies through innovative technology and emerging practices
- Ensure compliance and governance in compensation policies and practices across regions
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in compensation program design and management within complex global organizations
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners
- Strong understanding of broad-based compensation, incentives, and market practices
- Data-driven decision maker skilled in utilizing compensation analytics and pay equity insights
- Excellent communicator capable of simplifying complex compensation topics for various audiences
- Leadership experience in coaching and developing high-performing global teams

$240,000 – $320,400 annually
