About the role

The Head of Pfizer Brand & Reputation is responsible for shaping how Pfizer's brand shows up in the world, setting the standard for a brand with real weight and consequence. This role intersects enterprise brand strategy, commercial go-to-market planning, and integrated campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand strategy and GTM planning for Pfizer and priority therapeutic areas (e.g. Oncology and Obesity).
  • Ensure strategy is anchored in audience insight and aligned with commercial goals across Consumer, HCP, Investor, and Advocacy audiences.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to develop and execute enterprise reputation initiatives.
  • Create and rollout integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Oversee Pfizer's global brand identity system, ensuring consistency, quality, and integrity across all enterprise touchpoints.
  • Manage a high-performing team, collaborating with Executive Leadership, Franchise and Therapeutic Area leaders, and partnering with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or MBA/MS with 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or integrated campaign management.
  • Proven success leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns at scale for global brands.
  • Experience in brand identity governance and development of guidelines, toolkits, and asset libraries.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with creative vision.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
