Sr. Director, Payroll

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Payroll to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee enterprise-wide payroll operations in a complex, multi-entity environment and partner closely with HR, finance, and operational stakeholders. The role is focused on building scalable governance, strengthening compliance, and driving standardization across payroll processes. The ideal candidate will help lead integration efforts, improve operational efficiency, and support a consistent employee experience across jurisdictions.
