About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Partnerships (12 months Fixed Term, Full Time) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead strategic partnership development and alliance management efforts that drive growth across the business. The Sr. Director will work closely with account executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners to shape joint offerings, strengthen governance, and unlock new revenue opportunities. The position calls for a leader who can build trusted relationships, align cross-functional teams, and execute partnership strategies in a complex, fast-moving environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Drive mutual growth through strategic alliance partner relationships
- Orchestrate internal resources and manage partner collaborations
- Define and execute sales strategies to enhance partner value
- Identify and establish new partnerships for joint offerings
- Develop strategic plans aligned to partnership objectives
- Engage with account executives to capture innovative partnership opportunities
- Foster relationships with partner stakeholders and manage governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 7-10 years related sales experience
- Experience managing full sales cycles for complex deals
- Proven ability to negotiate and close mid- to large-scale complex deals
- Knowledge of specific industry verticals
- Proficient in maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Pay
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
