Sr Director of Treasury and Risk

At Ascentria Care Alliance, every financial decision fuels life-changing programs for children, families, refugees, immigrants, seniors, and communities across New England. We are seeking a Senior Director of Treasury & Risk to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide treasury strategy
• Drive cash forecasting, liquidity management, and investment activities
• Negotiate banking relationships and financing structures
• Oversee risk management and insurance programs
• Guide debt strategy and covenant compliance
• Lead Accounts Payable and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Influence organizational strategy at the highest levels

Requirements

• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of treasury and risk management
• Experience leading complex financial operations
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in treasury and/or risk management
• CPA or MBA preferred

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $160,000 to $190,000
