About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead revenue operations across sales and marketing, with a focus on improving process discipline, data quality, and the visibility needed to support smarter go-to-market decisions. The Sr. Director of Revenue Operations will partner closely with commercial leadership to modernize reporting, strengthen forecasting, and improve operational efficiency. This leader will also drive automation and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort while supporting scale across the broader revenue organization. The position is well suited for someone who can combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-moving technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize data and processes for Salesforce and ensure pipeline hygiene
  • Modernize reporting with standardized GTM dashboards and consistent metrics
  • Automate high-volume workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
  • Develop sales analytics capabilities to drive strategic GTM decision-making
  • Manage sales operations encompassing pipeline oversight, forecasting, and territory administration
  • Oversee marketing operations ensuring effective lead tracking and attribution
  • Administer compensation plans, including design, administration, and resolution of disputes

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations with 3+ years leading at a B2B SaaS company, ideally $100M+ ARR
  • Experience managing RevOps transformations including data remediation and workflow automation
  • Expertise in designing automation projects across various sales and marketing system tools
  • Proven ability to successfully reorganize teams during process changes while maintaining continuity
  • Strong financial acumen including compensation modeling and forecasting
  • Familiarity with multi-model selling approaches; experience in digital sales channels is a plus
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is advantageous
