What You Will Do
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Lead organizational transformation and change initiatives that drive business performance.
- Leverage workforce analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled insights to improve decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, enterprise-wide talent solutions.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Thermo Fisher Scientific's values.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations. Demonstrated success aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organizational performance.
- Expertise: Expertise in organizational design, leadership development, talent strategy, workforce planning, and change management. Strong business acumen with experience using workforce analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled technologies to drive informed decisions.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Supporting global R&D, manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences organizations. Leading enterprise transformation, organizational change, or business integration. Applying AI-enabled solutions to workforce planning or organizational effectiveness.
- Professional Certifications: SHRMP-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.
Compensation And Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $210,200.00–$280,200.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
