Job Summary
Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee a dynamic healthcare dining operation in Canton, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on developing people, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day foodservice operation with a focus on hospitality, quality, and operational excellence.
- Manage financial performance by operating within budget while maximizing value for the client.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and frontline associates.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
- Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership and collaborate across departments.
- Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and professional growth.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, or healthcare.
- Experience managing foodservice operations, including purchasing, inventory, labor, and cost controls.
- Strong knowledge of food quality, production, sanitation, catering, and presentation.
- Experience managing budgets and P&L performance; contract-managed service experience is a plus.
- ServSafe® Certification preferred.
- A proactive, forward-thinking leader with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
