About the Role

Morrison Healthcare is a leader in healthcare food and nutrition services, serving more than 1,000 hospitals and healthcare systems across the country. The Senior Director of Food and Nutrition oversees a dynamic healthcare dining operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day foodservice operation with a focus on hospitality, quality, and operational excellence.
• Manage financial performance by operating within budget while maximizing value for the client.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and frontline associates.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership and collaborate across departments.
• Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Experience managing foodservice operations, including purchasing, inventory, labor, and cost controls.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, sanitation, catering, and presentation.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L performance; contract-managed service experience is a plus.
• ServSafe® Certification preferred.
• A proactive, forward-thinking leader with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
