About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director Of Client Success Creator Operations & Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Media environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of 5 managers in Client Success, Creator Operations, and Acquisition
- Develop and implement client portfolio strategies tailored to different verticals
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering measurable outcomes and value
- Oversee Creator Operations performance focusing on delivery speed and cost efficiency
- Implement custom sourcing and onboarding strategies for various customer segments
- Drive creator acquisition strategy through partnerships and direct outreach, ensuring quality supply
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and campaign performance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in client-facing digital media roles, strong in Customer Success
- 1+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing with knowledge of major platforms
- Experience managing managers, overseeing teams of 30+ across multiple functions
- Background in ad tech, advertising, or agency settings, not pure SaaS
- 5+ years of collaboration with sales teams for demand and growth alignment
- Data-driven communicator comfortable with performance metrics and candid discussions
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, scaleup environments and build processes
Compensation
$175,000 – $230,000 annually
