About the role
Develops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth. Partners with executive management for long-term planning and strategy. Leads, mentors and develops a global team.
Responsibilities
- Develops marketing technology stack strategy, roadmap, administration, lead routing, scoring, segmentation, targeting, campaign tracking and attribution.
- Manages marketing database contact quality, data compliance (GDPR) and accuracy.
- Partners with field marketing to assist in developing omni-channel campaign strategy and plans.
- Accountable for data quality and accuracy across Marketing systems.
- Drives marketing performance measurement to deliver actionable insights with executive-level reporting.
- Monitors, analyzes and reports on marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, funnel efficiency, TAM penetration and goal achievement.
- Partners with marketing leaders on long-term planning, strategy and infrastructure.
- Leads, mentors and develops a global marketing technology, operations and analytics team.
Requirements
- Ability to interact with senior management; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, Salesforce.com preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, attribution, ROI.
Qualifications
- 12+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 7+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.
- 6+ years of specialized/industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Master’s degree preferred.

Pay
Range: $192,000 USD – $327,000 USD. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
