Responsibilities

• Leads legal oversight and provides strategic direction for one or more departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
• Planner and manager of budgets, oversees expense management, and drives employee development within the legal function.
• Sets objectives, determines effective courses of action, and reorganizes work outputs to maintain consistency across the organization.
• Led initiatives to update methods and processes in response to changes in internal or external standards, continually improving organizational effectiveness.
• Negotiates complex agreements, resolves conflicts, and provides guidance on risk management.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney/lawyer, 12-18 Years of relevant legal experience
• Proven expertise in corporate legal matters
• Demonstrated leadership in risk and compliance
• Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities
