Sr. Director, Learning and Development
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: job duties description includes many responsibilities. We have Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. Also we have compensation (Pay) and benefits (401K). Also location? Not needed. Also shift? Not needed. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: disclaimer, EEO, etc. Also remove "Requirements PI287129947" etc. Also remove Minimum Education Required etc? Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with location, shift, etc? But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we include only About the role (maybe from first paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (maybe combine Required and Preferred?), Benefits, Pay. Schedule? Not given specific schedule besides shift first (day) but that's minor metadata; we could drop or include in short p. Since schedule not substantive, we can drop. Pay we have compensation range. Benefits we have 401K (maybe also other benefits not listed). We'll include Benefits section with that. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. Must not lose details. We need to format lists with
- . For prose use
. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections that have real specific content. We have About the role (first paragraph). Responsibilities (the bullet list under Key Responsibilities). Requirements? There's "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could treat as Qualifications section (maybe combine required and preferred). Skills? Not explicitly listed; maybe we can skip Skills if no specific skills beyond qualifications. But we could include Skills as part of Qualifications? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications section, and skip Skills. Benefits we have. Pay we have. Schedule we could drop (no specific schedule). So final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to include all substantive info: About the role paragraph (first paragraph). Responsibilities: we need to capture all bullet points under Key Responsibilities (Learning Strategy & Program Design, Performance Management, Instructional Design & Delivery, AI-Enabled Learning, Infrastructure & Operations, Measurement & Budget). Each of those has sub-bullets. We need to preserve details. We'll create nested lists? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Could do top-level
- with each responsibility as
- and inside each we can have another
- for subpoints. That's acceptable.
Qualifications: include Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We'll make a
- . Could separate required vs preferred with headings inside? But we cannot add extra headings besides the allowed ones? We could still use
to label required vs preferred inside the Qualifications section. That's okay. Benefits: only 401K listed. We'll make

We should include all.
We might want to separate required vs preferred inside Qualifications section using - 401K
. We must not include any boilerplate like disclaimer, EEO, etc. Also remove lines like "Minimum Education Required College", etc. Those are metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. Since they are minor, we can drop. We must not repeat job title. Not include. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine first paragraph(s) up to "The Senior Director partners with business leaders and HR peers, and serves employee populations across both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences." That's the description. Also maybe include "A central near-term priority is scaling the use of AI in learning, including delivering at least 15 AI-enabled learning experiences for employees within the first year." That's part of duties but could be in responsibilities. We'll keep it in About the role? It's part of job duties description. Might be better to include in Responsibilities under AI-Enabled Learning. But we already have that. We'll keep About the role as the initial paragraph before "Key Responsibilities". That includes: "The Senior Director, Learning & Development sets the enterprise learning strategy and designs, develops, and delivers learning programs that build capability, reinforce company values, and strengthen a culture of safety across the organization. The role owns the full learning lifecycle—from instructional design and delivery across in-person, remote, online, and AI-enabled modalities to the infrastructure, metrics, and budget that sustain it. This role also designs and administers the company's annual performance management cycle and the technology that supports it. A central near-term priority is scaling the use of AI in learning, including delivering at least 15 AI-enabled learning experiences for employees within the first year. The Senior Director partners with business leaders and HR peers, and serves employee populations across both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences. Success in this role requires experience in a manufacturing environment and in large, matrixed organizations, delivering learning solutions that fit the realities of a fast-moving operational workforce." That's good. Now Responsibilities: list each heading with subpoints. We'll create:
labels. Benefits: "Job Benefits 401K". So just that. Pay: "Compensation $170,000.00 - $250,000.00 / Annually". We'll output as
$170,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
or keep original. Now ensure we don't include any extra sections like Schedule. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap sections in maybe not required but okay. Just output headings and content. Let's craft:About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ...
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- ...
Preferred Qualifications
- ...
Benefits
Pay
$
- with each qualification as
- . Could separate required vs preferred with headings inside? But we cannot add extra headings besides the allowed ones? We could still use
