Sr Director, IT - Global Commercial Digital Services

About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex problems in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new drug formulations and delivery systems
• Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA and other global regulations
• Lead project teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
• Experience with drug formulation and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, R)
