Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into a cohesive people strategy aligned with organizational priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent management and organizational effectiveness
- Leverage people data and business metrics to inform HR strategies and demonstrate impact
- Partner with leaders on organizational design and workforce strategies
- Shape leadership accountability through coaching and fostering inclusive behaviors
- Lead strategic changes including workforce transitions and organizational restructures
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on complex HR matters to support high-quality decision-making
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Expertise in strategic HR business partnering and organizational effectiveness
- Experience in talent and leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
- Proficiency in using data and AI tools to inform HR recommendations and decisions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assess trade-offs in investment decisions
- Continuous improvement mindset with familiarity in lean principles applied to HR processes
- Ability to thrive in complex, matrixed global environments
