About the role

We are hiring for a Senior Director, HR Tech and Transfer, who will lead Carenet’s enterprise HR technology, data, analytics, and process transformation strategy. This is an onsite role in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year HR technology roadmap
• Lead the implementation and optimization of the enterprise HCM platform
• Oversee the broader HR technology ecosystem
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation, optimizing HR technology, and turning data and technology into meaningful business outcomes
