Compensation: $260,000 – $300,000 annually
About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Champion an AI-native HR operations approach, enhancing tools in benefits, compensation, and analytics
- Partner with technology teams to integrate AI into HR workflows and compliance processes
- Define and implement a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with company growth and market competitiveness
- Manage global benefits strategy, ensuring a self-service model for employees powered by LLMs
- Oversee the complete compensation lifecycle, from merit planning to executive compensation reviews
- Act as the primary accountability point for HR systems, ensuring data integrity and user needs are met
- Support Talent Acquisition operations through ATS administration and reporting
- Ensure HR compliance across various regulations and policy governance
- Build a robust workforce data analytics infrastructure for actionable insights to leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR operations team that fosters continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in compensation design, HR operations, or total rewards strategy
- Proven track record leading large-scale compensation programs, including salary structures and equity compensation
- Experience in senior leadership roles with management and cross-functional influence
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, especially Workday, with the ability to communicate requirements effectively to IT teams
- Demonstrated ability to create and present people analytics to senior leadership
- In-depth understanding of multi-state HR compliance and employment regulations
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled HR tools and a builder's mindset for implementing strategic solutions
