About the role

As the Head of Site Engineering & Facilities, you will lead one of the most critical functions supporting our manufacturing network, ensuring the reliability, compliance, and performance of the infrastructure that enables lifesaving medicines to reach patients. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for engineering, facilities, maintenance, utilities, site services, and capital project execution across a complex biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will shape site strategy, drive operational excellence, lead digital transformation initiatives, and develop high-performing teams that support current and future manufacturing operations.
