Sr. Director, Head of Integration Mgmt. Office and Post M&A Integrations
Your Role
The Senior Director, Head of Integration Mgmt. Office and Post M&A Integrations is responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and value realization of transactions (mergers, acquisitions, and divestments) across the global portfolio. This role serves as the enterprise leader for post-acquisition integrations, ensuring newly acquired businesses, assets, systems, processes, and teams are successfully integrated while achieving acquisition objectives, operational efficiencies, and value creation targets. A key mandate of this role is to mature the organization's Integration Management Office capability.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions across Digital Realty's global portfolio.
- Partner with Corporate Development, Acquisitions, executive sponsors, and business leaders to develop integration strategies and post-close execution plans.
- Build, scale, and lead a best-in-class Integration Management Office (IMO), including governance frameworks, operating models, methodologies, reporting standards, and integration playbooks.
- Develop and manage integrated master plans, workstream plans, Day 1 readiness activities, Day 100 execution plans, TSA exits, synergy realization targets, and long-term integration objectives.
- Establish and lead enterprise integration governance frameworks, executive steering committees, milestone reviews, risk management processes, decision logs, issue escalation procedures, and executive reporting standards.
- Drive alignment and accountability across Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, Legal, Product, and other key functional teams while ensuring successful integration execution and minimizing business disruption.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of integration professionals capable of supporting multiple simultaneous acquisitions globally.
- Maintain portfolio-level oversight across multiple concurrent integrations while monitoring risks, dependencies, KPIs, value realization, operational readiness, milestone achievement, and business case commitments.
- Cook up cross-functional communications, culture integration, change management, organizational readiness, and workforce engagement activities throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-integration reviews, lessons-learned programs, best-practice implementation, and long-term enhancement of integration capabilities across the enterprise.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience leading M&A integrations, Integration Management Offices, corporate development initiatives, or large-scale business integration programs.
- Demonstrated success leading complex post-acquisition integrations across multiple functions, stakeholders, and geographies.
- Proven experience building and scaling teams, governance frameworks, operating models, organizational capabilities, and integration methodologies.
- Experience establishing executive governance structures, reporting frameworks, integration playbooks, enterprise standards, and operating procedures.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing value capture, synergy realization, integration performance metrics, operational readiness, and business case accountability.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, executive presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating within a global, matrixed organization.
- Prior experience establishing, leading, or transforming an Integration Management Office (IMO), managing multiple concurrent integrations, overseeing Day 1 readiness and Day 100 execution, and supporting publicly traded companies and executive leadership teams preferred.

Our Compensation Philosophy
Our compensation philosophy is centered around rewarding our employees for achieving the values and objectives aligned to the company's overall goals and values. Compensation range: $225,000 - $250,000 annually.
